1 Unusual Six Pack Abdominal Exercise For Summer

Warning: In this video you’re going to meet my good friend, Sukru, who is SHREDDED. 4% body fat in this video! His body may make you feel a little self conscious. LOL But mostly, it should motivate the heck of you today so you hit the gym extra hard today or tomorrow. This video was filmed 4 days before he competed last weekend at a big fitness model show. It’s his FIRST time on camera so he’s a little shy and I got him to demonstrate one of his favourite abdominal exercises for you. You’ll also meet my good friend, Burok, who demonstrates a more modified version of this exercise – also a bit unusual. At first you may not think it’s unusual, but notice how he’s supporting his body the entire time and NOT hanging. This technique makes the ab exercise much more challenging and will get your abs ready for summer! Tomorrow, I got another video with Burok and Sukru and we have 3 MORE bizarre ab exercise you’ve never seen before. Watch out for that tomorrow. Enjoy the video.     He does early morning cardio on an empty stomach, and he doesn’t do cardio in the morning, he doesn’t want to lose his muscle. Didn’t really make sense.. want to elaborate some more? you said he’d tell us about it later on too and he never did!

    @VinceDelMonte Yeah a lot of really strong guys cant even support their own body weight ive noticed. I currently do mostly body weight stuff with some weights added in. Hanging Leg raises are my fav exercise currently! Keep motivating the masses!

    guidos at their best man.. and I was born in Palermo, Sicily so don’t take it too personally .. must say I follow your thread enough but I’m more into powerlifting or strength training in general .. thanks for all anyways ;-)

    You can do this weighted as well. I strap a plate to my ankles using a weight belt…. though I started doing the half pull-up so that the weight wouldn’t smash the ground on the way down. :P

    i wish i could film my ab workout but to hit my obliques w/o a cable, i do a version of the knee to chest leg raise but i kinda raise my knees off to the side and do twenty reps for each side..if you do ‘em right, you’ll definitely start to feel the burn
