Look into heart rate and it’s relationship with working out. You have to get your heart rate at a high level to burn calories. :O

Question. Number 8; doing cardio everyday. Why cardio at the end of the workout?
that’s exactly what I am doing now, and I have already lost 6 lbs. I know it’s not a lot, but it is a start. I am trying to lose weight and get leaner. I am going to add some of this stuff in, too. I was 206, now I am 199. I can’t wait to reach my final goal!

I pretty much agree with everything you say, although many people make weight loss much more complicated than it really is. I dropped 60 pounds since september, and i’m down to 15 percent body fat from 30ish. You just have to push yourself on your cardio and eat smart, thought all of these tips are very helpful. Thermogenics are your friend.

lol im trying to lose weight also. im 171 pounds but i am 13 years old lol tell me if thats bad or ok or like i dunno just super bad =D the most i lost though was like 7 pounds then i quit then gained more then i did last time lol im so stupid i knew that hapeens every time too =[

nice video, i get up every day at 6:30 and do 45 crunches and 30 push ups. i dont eat breakfest. for launch at 11:00am i eat turkey rap every week. and for dinnner ill have rice and chicken. im 150 pounds..and 14. how long you think it take for me to get lower wieght and thank for awsome tips bro
