This is a good basic workout and you gotta love the Vegas scenery. Ive been using vastmuscle (.com) workouts and nutrition and have had great results.
Good point. Also, for those who cannot do chinups, once you can do a 30 second negative chinup, you can do a real chinup. Personally, I got to do chinups by chinup machine (the one xo1tom1ox described).

These guys are both professional body builders. Most professionals dont look cut up unless they are preparing for a competition, kind of like competetive wrestling. So they get bulk in between tournaments and then they get cut for competetitions. for the record I have been following both of these guys for 3 months and the results have been great. Give it a try.

Hi, i’m 5′8 about 145 I was just wondering if anyone know a video that can show me a routine that can help me gain strength, i notice alot of guys around my height and weight feel stronger than me and they don’t even workout, i can feel there power when we play a sport, i been working out for about 15 weeks almost every weekday except weekends all i got is dumbells, my arms are getting bigger but i don’t feel stronger, i’m on a regular diet as i always ate, and taking no supplements help please
