Eat fruit. You can eat unlimited amounts and it will never make you fat.
Hi Steve, I thought fruits had a lot of sugar in them and that eating too much wouldn’t be healthy? I’m thinking this is wrong (and I hope so too because I love fruits) but I’m not sure.
Nope. You can eat fruit. Not much sugar, low in calories, lots of water and fiber.
mabey not, but ive been taking thermobol, it DOES seem to be an appetite suppresent, also its all natural ingredients, it may or may not work, but i dont think its doing me any harm right ?

Appetite suppressant just keep you from eating so you lose weight. No pill burns fat.

you are probably right, they recon the orange peel and the capsicum from the pepper, speeds up metabolisim, but that probably crap,
if nothing else Steve, i take them and inspires me to eat and train well as i dont want to waste them.
every little helps as i have to take systemeic steroids for crohns disease, wich makes me put on weight.. deppressing stuff.

I have watched a lot of you videos, and I was just wondering, if I do cardio 3 times a week and lift heavy, can i gain mass while losing fat (showing abs)?

YES. They all work when ACCOMPANIED with diet and exercise! LOL
Absolutely. Guys act like 30 mintues of walking or 20 mintues of jogging, both which burn only about 150 calories, will cause muscle loss That’s total BS. AND my next video will cover this in more detail!
You can have breads, pastas, potatos, etc. Not a problem. And these supply more calories and energy. Just watch your TOTAL daily calorie intake. Fruits and veggies have MUCH less calories so you can eat lots of them. But since they don’t have many calories it’’s difficult to use ONLY them as an energy sourse. This is why you need higher calorie carbs as well.
Hey steve i have a question is it true that if you do morning cardio before eating breakfast i heared that you are losing fat and muscle at the same time because your body is in starvation mode is true or false
Nope. Not true. You can cardio at anytime.
