3 Bizarre Ab Exercises For YOUR Summer 6-Pack

Vince, Sukru says he does 30-40 mins of abs first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Does he then lift later in the evening then? Thanks.

You said Sukru was 4% body fat? How did he do itt, cuz I’ve been trying to cut fat but my fat levels either increase slightly or stay the same which is nice cuz Ive been building muscle.
But Id like to get shredded as him. I guess finding the right diet is the hardest part huh.

hey vince mate… keep up the good videos… i have a quick question… i am a soccer player and been a soccer player requires carb loading 2 to 3 days before a game.. is it still possible by carb loading to get a six pack like sukru even though i carb load…

Do you guys even bother with the lower back? I mean you’re supposed to balance out the exercises. Like those that just do heavy chest presses end up looking like apes all hunched over. Those that just do abs, are bent over from the waist. If you do abs, do lower back as well. If you do biceps, do triceps to balance everything out. I don’t hear this mentioned much so I’m doing it here.
I love these unconventional exercises. You bust these out at the gym and people look at you like “what the….”

Amazing abs… incredible. You know, I really love six packs but here are so many girls who don’t, and I’m always surprised by that. They like guys who look like if they are made of dough… weird. But for me, no bellies and no skinnies! This six pack is amazing… I’m gonna add them on Facebook, even if only for motivation:)

Hey Vince, is there a point in doing these oblique crunches until my bf% is below 10%? Should I do an ab circuit anyway? My diet is spot on, I’m progressing, but I’m nowhere near that lean YET !!!
