i bench 220 on a 1 rep max after working out with brad johnson in bartlesville oklahoma im only 15, and i use to only bench 135 but in the 2 months of trianing with him i jumped up to 220
Grab a chair, brace yourself using your hands on the edge of the seat of the chair and do tricep dips keeping your butt as close to the chair as possible. Biceps you’ll most likely need dumbbells for.

when i started i could only do 75-80lbs for 10 reps on bench press, but now it’s much higher. so, yeah it’s actually very weak, and mine is still weak (having a 1 rep max of 135 lbs). but, i’ve had a plateau for almost a year, anyone have suggestions?

Hey buddy, i had the same problem, i realised you just have to keep working hard for 3months to really get results. just keep working hard, and its good that you do 6kg, light weights are better if you do lots – doing 6kg 30 times is better than 10kg 10 times. stick to it, i did and i got good results. all the best
