I’m getting weaker on the bench for some reason.. i pry do bench around every 5 days, but idk why my numbers aren’t getting higher.

If you are staying the same, or getting weaker, it means you need to change things up and provide your body with some new muscle stimulation. You should try out the bench press tips that are in the free report.
