    3 times a day!!! are you cray? are u built like a tank ha ha. i go gym about 4 times a week im tryin to do tis every other day but its solid. u might e over training if ya go every day?

    Hey ive been going gym for about 2months now, and i just started this program today, no burns at all, so im guessing around 2-3 weeks of it should get ur body use to it.

    I think its a good idea to increase reps when it becomes too easy

    all u need to do is stretch out ur neck muscle after the exercise u should be use to it in a week or so

    MUSIC!!!! FiNaLlY. YEAY!!! ;p Keep lookin sexi baby && Good lookin out 4 yuh girl. I needed this. Tryna get rid of mii baby phat. Just celebrated mii youngest’z 1st B-day && her brother iz 2 1/2 now. So Im shootin for tha pre baby weight. Hopin this && some endurance&cardio 2-3x’z a week’ll get me back right within tha next couple monthz. Itz gunna be a challenge tho cuz Im a single mom so if you care to wish me luck, I might just need it ;p Thnx 4 tha vid tho I love workin out w/ you Keith ;)

    SCISSOR can be replace by kicking best exercise for LOWER..
    than i should prefer inclined for UPPER and MIDDLE..
    than..Thatz IT..
    actually i have to work more on LOWER..

    Great ab workout Keith – a very effective workout where you can really feel the burn. But guys, you still must remember that Nutrition is about 80% for getting your desired abs–high fibre/protein :-)
