    I loved this workout and see some improvements after one week. However, you say in the video that this is not meant to make you ripped or give you popping abs. Can you please link me to this type of workout or tell me how I should modify these exercises?

    Is it wise if I do this every other day;
    30/40 weighted crunches, the last crunch holding at the ‘tense’ point for 10 seconds,
    then 40 situps where hands are behind head, raising up and elbows hitting alternate knees?

    When i do sit ups at home i can really feel the effect. Even though you don’t see the fat loss at first, when you poke your stomach you can feel the muscles harden. I honestly think you need to either set yourself a target, research the exercises you need to do and do it. Or go to a professional. There is no point taking pills, or drinking water alone and thinking that will make you slimmer. That is not true. They do not work. The people in the adverts are also doing exercise and drinking water.

    hey everybody i wanted to ask a question i am18 years old 225 pounds and 6 feet tall in my research i read that in order to gain muscle you need to eat about 6 times a day andi want and need to lose weight but also gain muscle so if to build muscle you must eat and to lose fat you must eat a little less does anyone have info or tips for me please reply to this thank you.

    workout out resistance now why you have your weight as its easier to build muscle n when your happy with your size go on a more strict diet and do some cardio this way youl have the muscle you want and itl be defined
