    IMHO, the routine is more of an acrobatic display than
    a sensible fitness workout. I’m sure there’s a much safer alternative.

    Jokelash. You must understand the physics behind core training. And body weight training in the first place. He is actually mimicking gym workouts. but these take MASSIVE stability control. MASSIVE. And guys, these are ADVANCED techniques. Not beginner. So if you cant do the one arm pushups. Then this is too high of a level for you.

    No. He’s right in a way. The guy in that video can’t do them either! Could he possibly take a bit wider stance on the one armed push ups?! LOL. Anyhow, 5 reps ain’t exactly hardcore either! This is aimed more at the gym/aerobic/bootcamp crowd than the real hardcore guys.

    are u for real? One-hand pushups are done with a wide stance because otherwise there is no counterbalace and he’d just flop over no matter how good his stabalizing muscles are.

    No, my friend that IS my point. The wider the stance, the easier it is. I can do them with a shoulder width (strictly shoulder width, no wider) stance and I don’t practice or do them regularly. It’s QUITE possible. Nonethless, i’m probably being too hard on these guys, this is aimed at beach body/6 pack/metrosexual types….not my kind of hardcore but at least they’re working out.

    these might be hard core for the avg guy . a bad ass can do these fairly easy . windshield wipers doo look tough though

    yeah I agree I know the Shoulder Body Press is pretty intense you have to support you’re entire body on you’re arms and press it up and down while holding balance
