It is fun, safe, and effective. Using strictly the bodyweight training that I designed, I saw an average of 16 lbs of fat loss within 8-10 weeks.

All a good workout needs is discipline. Whether you’re into weights, calisthenics, aerobics, martial arts, etc. discipline is key. Variety is good but it can be an excuse for poor concentration. I like training a mix of martial arts, hatha yoga, parkour, and some calisthenics. This means there is so much possible variety that the routine has the potential to always be different yet, at the same time the repetition of technique helps build discipline and more solid, practical strength.

we need to change it up constantly! do both….when you’re an ecto and lifting with weights focus on the big coumpound lifts, deadlift, all three benches, shoulder press, bent over rows, and especially squats!
How often may you do that workout per week?
Can you do just fine focusing just bodyweight mastery with a routine specific to your sport..
ecto … you shud start off doing bodyweight then start using light weights … maybe lookin for around 20 reps for a while, til your a bit heavier then start hittin the gym with your 8-12’s .
