the hole lesson with all the parts 1-4 take about 3 minutes, it really does work, you lose the wait very quikly, dont tier yourselfs thow 1ns a day is far too much, try once every 2 or 3 days.xz

i am doing this exercises for 2 weeks, and i also changed my food-style; instead of grassy food i am eating now fruits and legumes..
and instead of coca coca and juices i am drinking water ,, ^^ in this 2 weeks i lost 3,2 kilos and i am feeling much more fit and healthy
i have also more musles in the belly and more condition …
