Barbell Curl and Press Hybrid Exercise Combo
www.leehayward.com In this video clip I’m demonstrating a bicep barbell curl and reverse grip shoulder press combo. This is an awesome way to work both the biceps and front deltoids at the same time. You will get a better pump throughout the biceps doing this exercise variation because the motion of lifting the arms up to the position where you’ll then press the bar overhead hits the biceps from a unique angle that you’ll never experience with regular barbell curls. I know we should be completing the rep, but is it necessary for us to be swinging up the momentum to reach the shoulder press? Wouldn’t it be better to do lower weight and have less swinging?
he’s using too much body momentum to complete the lift.

i dont think ur suposed to swing that much
a few years ago i got really excited about working out so i was curling and benching like crazy (knew nothing about lifting weights) and i got tendonitis in my bicep at the elbow.. after not having a real bicep workout for about 2 years now i still feel it.. is there any way to heal this??
