EXACTLY
People need to get this into their heads!! There’s no secret to building some good mass, just eat and lift heavy!!
nice tips man, but you need to put on some mass on your legs, they look skinny
When you strain your muscle it makes small tears. Those tears are then repaired by blood cells in your body, which makes the muscles bigger. Eating more protein is part of it, too, but muscles don’t just grow by magic.
when i eat the most i can during a day- the extra weight goes to my gut- nowhere else- am i eating the wrong things or just too much?
yeh which is why you lift heavy and eat shit loads
thank you nicew video i hope i get bigger
what is a good thing to eat?
Thanks, this helped a lot .
Can you help me out, I’m fairly fit and strong, but whenever I do a lot of running and cardio my ankles get, as you would put it, annihilated. I generally don’t do too much to overstimulate them either, and its kind of a pain seeing as my ankles tend to hold the rest of me back.
I’m pretty sure its genetic(Dad has weak ankles as well) but whatever it may be I need to do something about it.
Should I just do scaling levels of work outs utilizing my ankles until they’re up to speed?
well anyway, I love your drapes, and thanks for the info.
I don’t take all that crap of roids, creatine, and all that supplement stuff.
But whether you do or don’t, you still have to work out hard and keep at it.
And yes, eating and eating nutriously is important. so True.
2 intensive exercises for me are dynamic iso chest flexing, and isometric power wheel rolls. One of the hardest exercises and I ask/challenge anybody to try them out is doing a few reverse dips. And then at least doing one isometric reverse dip. Its a killer!
Wait, I thought if u eat more and even if u eat more but healthy, ur body will convert it to fat. I thought if u just have a regular well balanced diet and work out with heavier weight (6-8reps) with short range muscle contractions is the way size goes on
well…. I weigh 150 on the dot right now n I’m 6 ft 3…… I’m pretty skinny, but strong.. I’m sure if I had more weight on me I’d be a monster. I’m gonna give this a try starting on this upcoming sunday and try to hold this good routine that you spoke of and I’ll get back to ya in like 2-3 months
your method makes so much since since i started lifting intensly my appitite as increased causing me to build alot of muscle, but i havent gain weight and im confused. Is because ive lost an equal amount of fat or what? get back to me
he has some good point he may not be huge but he knows his shit preety well. one of the main things ppl get confused with is the fact that carbohydrates can cause fat if injested 3 hours before sleep because they do not become utilised while sleeping but are needed for recovery. protien is vital, although high fat protien sources are needed this is due to the fact that a RDI of saturated fats is needed by the body to produce testosterone wiothout fat there is not strength from hormones
eggs are a goos source of high fat protien when boiled or poached. protien powders are excellent sources of protien but can have a bad reaction with your body if used to replace solid meals. in the morning i get 1/3 poridge oats and half a scoop of redback protien powder and blend it as well as 2 egss to sustain my mass. carbohydrates can be the enimy but few ppl know about complex carbohydrates. these are found in beans and rices primarily, bassiclly these carbohydrates are reinforced by
surrounding materialls, bassiclly complex carbohydrates use enery from the body to give enery to the body. example: 300kj used/ 500kj harvested. right now i have gone on the blood type diet and it has worked for me wonderously i am consuming the sdame nuitrients but getting leaner and larger. nuitrients are vital because the bigger your body in mass the more the body needs to keep moving all the muscle. remember the first step to the right diet is too look at the olympians eg Jay Cuttler DVDs
BTW my comments are posted backwards in case you get confused there are 3 in all not including this one thankyou
Theres no way you gained 40lbs of muscle over the summer dude, thats physically impossible.
how is it?
the human body is only capable of producing 1lb of wet muscle a week, and thats spread out through your body. one summer = 3 months, thats 12 weeks. If you killed yourself every workout and let them heal properly, then MAYBE 12lbs in summer. 40lbs is a joke. The rest was water or fat.
arhhh thankz that makes more sence to me now thankz bud
university/college summer is 4 months. BAM.
ok, 16 weeks then… my point is still valid.
40lbs in 16 weeks is impossible.
This video is a bit long.
You just constantly talk about eating.
