how many grams of fat, carbs and protein should i have a day?
i do the 40% carbs 40% proteins 20% fat (based on a 2000 calorie intake a day) but i dont really know if i am doing it incorrectly because a friedn told me to do that. so i need profesionL Help.

  • MichaelFerencsik

You should be more concerned about your protein requirments. About 1.5 grams of protein per lb of lean muscle mass. For more details look for diet DVD on my site. It will give you the details you need about, protein, fats and complex carbs.

whats the difference between that dead lift you did, and another kind anyone can do by keeping their legs locked in place?

  • MichaelFerencsik

The other dead lifts are called stiff leg deads. Its for your hamstrings. Check out more detail at musclemaximization(dot)com

Mr. Ferencsik, I was just wondering what would be the best cardio burning machine you would recommend. I just bought your manuscript and don’t wanna start until I know exactly what to do with my cardio. Plz respond. Thx.

  • MichaelFerencsik

It mostly centers around your personal preference and physical limitations if any. I personally think the rowing machine is the most effective and most beneficial while causing the least amount of trauma on your joints. It also is a very effective exercise that works almost the entire body, legs gluts, abs, back biceps. Many thanks for the purchase. Any further questions please feel free to cintact me.
