Bodybuilding Supplements Guide – Part 4 – Greens & Vitamins
www.LeeHayward.com To watch the previous parts of my supplement review guide click on the links below Part 1: www.youtube.com Part 2: www.youtube.com Part 3: www.youtube.com In this 4th video I’m going to focus on the essential and foundational supplements that you need to take for overall health and fitness. Primarily greens, essential fatty acids, & multi-vitamins. These are the “must have” supplements that everyone should take, regardless if you are into serious bodybuilding or not. Laying the foundation of essential supplements and proper nutrition is critical before moving on to the more “advanced” muscle building and fat burning supplements which I’ll be covering in more detail in my next video.

thanks, this vid really helped:-)
so fish oil helps fat loss?
@MJCINC Fish oil helps your whole body functioning better. It “smoothens” both your joints and organs. It is definately worth investing in, I have always taken them, even before I got into weightlifting.
@MJCINC
Yes, fish oil can help with your metabolism and aid with fat loss and muscle growth.

Don’t get hung up on the brands, for the most part I just use the drug store brand.
Now I know some people will get their panties in a knot when they here this, but when you actually compare the labels and nutritional info, very often the drug store brand is just as good as the more expensive name brands.
@eduardopapi94
Right now my personal favorite protein powder is Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion Whey Protein. This tastes great, mixes up nice and creamy, and comes in several flavors.
@rammajamma1993
Yes, they are good vitamin supplements.

Eating a low carb diet is great for fat loss, but make sure to consume lots of green veggies. Even through there are small amounts of carbs in veggies it will NOT hinder your fat loss. After all no one ever got fat because they ate too many veggies
@sathanas222
You should still have these supplements on hand. Chances are there will be days when you don’t eat fish or don’t eat as many veggies as you should. On these days you could make up for it by taking supplements.
@Chamilism
If you are limited to just 2 supplements I’d go with protein powder and greens. Protein powder is actually the cheapest source of quality protein for most people. And greens will help to keep your acid alkaline levels in check.
@MrCMG03
These videos do show the supplements I use personally. I’m just covering them in more detail and explaining the “why” behind them rather then just writing down a quick check list of products.
@300073605
I agree with you in that there are some shady supplement stores with clerks who will tell you anything to make a sale. But at the same time there are still a few honest folks who tell it like it is and if a product is a rip off or if there is a cheaper alternative they’ll say so. But when it comes to vitamins, just go to the grocery store and buy them no one will pester you at the grocery store

I was introduced to your site via Vince Delmonte. I find your videos useful and motivational. As for “greens”, I find Gary Null’s “Green Stuff” excellent.
