She pushes herself hard, she’s benched 150 pounds for 10 good reps. Leg presses 5 plates per side for 10 good reps. etc. she is the strongest girl at our gym.

It wasn’t that bad, I felt pretty good up until about 3 weeks out and then my strength and energy levels were pretty low due to the low bodyfat levels.
Coo vid those were some bad ass pics and congrats on the posing award good to see you didnt leave empty handed.

hey lee i have a question i maxed out like 4 times on just my bench in the past two weeks and my rotators cuff hurts now how often should i max out?
