Visit http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com and http://www.beyondsixpackabs.com for more killer bodyweight exercises and workout routines. The rope is from http://www.junglegymtrainer.com Summer is just around the corner. I recently started incorporating outdoor training into my workout program to make it more enjoyable and to do something different. Check out how I turned my local park into my own hardcore gym. The only rules for my outdoor training is to have fun and be creative.

would this work to actually gain mass?

  • splugorth

Some one tell me please what those bands/straps are called so I can find them. I already do most of those other exercises. All that shit works by the way.

  • skeme23

    resistance bands?

  • skeme23

this would work to improve endurance, cardio, body tone, strength and speed.for mass it is best to lift heavy weights, low reps.

  • skeme23

  • poooopnat

lol, the monkey bars at my park are way too low

  • thecarrotdude

this is what i do i would like to see him try this, im sure he can but hey at least show us he does.
i do all in order for 8 reps with no rest with a 90lb bar. i take a one minute rest period after im done then start the next set for a total of 3 sets. it goes..

    barbell rows
    upright rows
    shoulder presses
    feet close squats
    left lunges
    right luges
wide stance squat into a push press
    deadlifts
it takes about 4 mins to complete the circuit and it will wipe you out.

This freehand style training is great stuff, especially for older people.People like myself that has mass from years of weight training and are looking to take it easy on the joints.
Look at this style as “Calimetrics” its a great balance between weight training, calisthenics and isometrics.Yes,I did say weight traing, since your body weight provides the resistance in all these exercises.
    Highly recommended!!!!

  • darkviking2007

nah man it looks high on here cuz arnel is short he is not that tall lol just fyi

  • kirsty2008uk

what are those handles called you are using?? im in the uk any ideas where to get them from they look great!!

  • OvoPiano

It all depends on your actuall mass. If you’re trying to be strong and have a good muscular mass this will work. If you’re already close to your genetic potential and are trying to get huge, this won’t be enough.

Kids nowadays are damn overweight and sedentary. If they go to the playgrounds (and I doubts they do) they would only benefit from having someone doing exercises to emulate. Younger kids and older people should interact more often. There so much to learn from young children and there so much they can learn from people with a passion they carry on with knowledge and competency. In my father’s youth childrens would spend time with bakers, smiths, barbers, gardeners … helping and learning.
