Bodyweight Leg Workout “No Gym Required”

does hanging from a pull up bar for long periods of reps just hanging to strech spine and arms, can that help you grow an inch or two?

most sore ive ever been after a leg workout was a plyometric one i did in the park
we do lots of plyometric training in my MMA training lots of kettlebells cross fit and olympic lifting and tire flips sled pulls lots of bear crawls and lots of grip strength work but this seems to be a good leg workout good for explosive strength

I can lift more weight on tipy toe squat where your hills come off the flore when you lift the weight back up, then keeping my hills on the flore
