compound lifts like these shoot your resting metabolic rate through the roof, signaling 24-hour fat burning; maybe more. The more muscles you use in a lift, the better. Don’t go cutting this guy up because you know fck all and im guaranteeing whoever is challenging this guy was simply born with good genetics, has a killer chest and bicep routine 7 days a week and gets mad because he doesnt get much bigger. You’re right that compound lifts are great metabolic boosters; however, the lift demonstrated in this video is not a compound lift, nor a hang clean. It’s a half-assed reverse “power” curl done with horrible form, and any “coach” who teaches this should be forced to do Smith machine 1/4 squats with 900lbs until his patellas burst from his legs and frisbee slice all the other coaches in the room’s heads off. But that’s just my own uninformed opinion
