I forget about reps or the word excersise, and just do as many as I can because they are so fun!
Ive built a huge back now
My tips:
Make the grip bigger it will be easier, have something to look at when you do them!, facing a wall feels like being punished(you want to leave soon), look at your window, do em on a tree at the park, see the world.
make all workouts fun like that.

Usually it’s only pushing exercises that bother the rotator cuff, not so much pulling exercises. That’s the way it is for me anyway.

The key to getting cuts and definition is simply losing fat, the leaner you are the more defined you are going to look.
Lee how often do you do these kind of hybrid exercises? For the most part you’ll just do regular weighted pull ups right? Moves like barbell curl and press are seldom performed

I also stick to the basics most of the time, but you can add variations like this in your workouts when ever you want to change things up. There’s no set “rules”, the hybrid moves like this still work the muscles just as hard as the standard basic moves.
