I would think stuff like this and even Normal bench presses, Dumbell flys, and push ups would define the chest, also dips are for triceps, which are fun to work out.
you gotta keep running. i had em too but running is about all you can do besides eating less fatty stuff. working out will barely do anything. it will just build muscle under it

Calories and Cardio are the only answers to your problem. You need to burn off that fat by effectively burning off more calories than you are eating. Try doing 20-30 minutes of cardio (heart rate must be greater than 120). Sprinting for a minute and then jogging lightly for a minute and repeat is a great way to burn fat. What i mean by that is short bursts of high intensity will keep your heart rate up and burn fat the best. main concentration has to be on quality foods and portion sizes
wrxrulz99 dude u have the same prob as me i was 67 killos now am 108 i jut wanna be big am happy with my belly like i dont have abs hehe but if i loce the lil bit of fat under my chesat and shape it a bit ill be happy.. like i dont wanna cut down cause as we know u lose muscle as well
its summer now am nut doing to heavy .. but in jan in winter wanna get as big as possible and try to cut down on summer see how ill look lol… like am happy wit my size atm iw as never dis big eva lol,, but now am getting greeedy and i wnat abs and shit hahah

Dude being a stoner doesn’t have anything to do with what workout you should or shouldn’t be able to do. I smoke weed allday erryday and I have by far the healthiest appearance of even most athletes. Weed doesn’t project apathy. Stop using it as an excuse. That shit gives us a lazy name.

actually running is bad for you, new research proves that. to burn fat and to keep 100% of your muscle do 20 minutes of cardio 4 days a week and make sure it is intensive.
weed will not slow you down at all, as long as you decide you are in control. I am into boxing, I can run for 25-30 minutes straight, and am in amazing shape, and all the while I smoke weed on the regular. Sometimes it even makes training more fun imo.

That sort of decline will increase your blood pressure coz you upsidedown.Its best to use an incline decline machine.
