		<description>If the rule of not working out more than 2 muscles in a workout, than we wouldn&#039;t do any squats, deadlifts, benchpress and other compound movements. 
It&#039;s actualy not a big deal, don&#039;t think it&#039;ll make a big differnce if u do back and bi&#039;s together ore seperate, but when u do back u try to do only back. But, becous biceps were trained at back allso u should be killing them on a biceps workout with 10+ sets. U don&#039;t need more than 5-6 sets.

		<description>ok but say u do back and tricep one day, when u work the back you also work the bicep and if we do tricep on that day as well that will be 3 muscles worked wont it, and arent u suposed to only work 2 muscles a day??
so wouldnt it be better to work your back and since ur bicep will also be pumped, right after back you start bicep?? and so ur bicep will get isolatio workout as well as the workout they got with ur back.

		<description>Variety I guess. And your body isn&#039;t stupid it is used to stress so if your consistantley stressing the same muscle in the same order week in and week out your muscles wont grow. Also variety to your workout may trigger new muscle fibres (if you are already advanced). However if you are a beginner I recomend sticking chest with tris and back with bis.
