The chest is a large muscle. You have to focus on different areas of the chest, the upper separates from the shoulders and the lower from the abdomen.
You can see it in Dennis’ chest pretty obviously.
idk but i think that was overkill i mean the whole video showed us just a single set? i think thats overtraining, i mean u have to let the muscle rest so it can flush away that lactic acid.. well at least this my opinion..
DW trains High Intensity, you refer to High Volume Training… two other philosophies when it comes to BB: HIT vs HVT. I go for HIT.
you have to rewind and look at the beginning where it says this is a circuit he is doing all of these exercises three or 4times in a row it’s sort of the biggest loser last chance workout

i trained thats before im 18 years old and i did that and iused to play cicuits and super and trisets after all that i injured by tennis elbow plz dnt try this if ur nt professional

anyone watching this keep in mind there preparing for a contest. if you want to be bigger this is not the way. straight sets my friends.
He’s a newcomer to the Olympia competitions, if people like coleman can last till 44 he has alot of years ahead of him…
