My right biceps has always been bigger by half an inch. I train my arms ALWAYS with dumbbells for 5 years, but still there is power/size difference.
I think its almost impossible to even out things completely.
Both my arms grown 5 inch and strength doubled, but still the difference remains
I just came from the gym and I was wondering whether I should continue doing with my right side when my left fails, and I always can do 1-2 reps more with the stronger side, especially when curling.

you’re body proportions your body in fat. There’s no way you can isolate fat burning, you burn fat and your body evens it out.

i got another tip, just use ur strong side muscle to help the weak side to lift that wweight
for example in dumbell curls for biceps, use the strong hand as support for the weak hand, so that it can take the same amount of weight

great post lee. i’ve been noticing the imbalances when using the cybex machines (chest press and shoulder press), i feel that all the weight are on my right side (because of the weight plates positioning) when i lift. so ive been kind of staying away from that, i only use it when im fully burnt out and wanting that last pump.

Hey lee hayward your videos are great man keep it up! I just had a question. Would i overtrain my triceps/pecs if i did push-ups everyday? I know it’s off topic. I do freeweights but i want to build up to a one armed push-up. What do you recommend?

Yup, I agree with you lee. I’ve had heart surgery when I was a baby and the resulting is that I’ve got a left pec that looks twice as big as my right, it’s most likely the bones there. I’ve managed to equate the muscle tissue on both sides and muscle wise I’m balanced. Though, the funny thing is, my right hand is my dominant hand but even then my left side is super strong compared to my right.
