I met a guy at the gym, he was muscle-monster, I was only 82 kg 10 % body fat.
He was 120 kg around 15 % body fat – feaky mate – no trainings just construction work.
He didnt know how to train, no diet – lucky man.
If you want to see proper training buy the Milos Sarcev dvd or check on the youtube…
