i purchased a red resistance band, i think its 20 pounds resistance…is it a good start for a beginner to use? I’m 6′3 – 217 pounds.

i am using hard bands
i use gold gym bands. got a yellow one which is light resistance and a black which is heavy. ILOVE EM and come up with a few exercises and routines that are killers. will get some vids up soon and give you a shout.
any exercise that targets the love handle area?
