i tried this workout in the gym and its hard
i looks easy but its very hard

Landing on the BOSU ball is indeed an Interesting idea to spare the joints – nice one.
Waterbury suggest adding weight to pushups while training for explosive strength. Would you do so, and in that case how would you proceed to safely increase the load.
I bought his program it’s bad ass he advices to do sets of like 3 or 5 but not all that often sorry don’t really remember but get that free e-course he talks bout in the end this guy knows his shit

What about them? That’s a regression, so you’re not going to get the benefit of a proprioceptive workout at the same time like you would with the featured exercise.
this looks interesting. i dont have access to a bosu ball though so is there anything else i could use to mimic this workout?

Use a weight vest
why does it even matter whether it bothers others with noise. The clanging of weights cause a lot of sound and people sprinting on the treadmills cause a lot of noise.

i actually got yelled at for making too much noise at a gym…using the heavy bag…i wasnt doing anything i wasnt supposed to…but the yoga class complained. and they made me wait a full hour before i could use the heavy bag. that noise at the gym shit is fucking gay.

where i am stationed, the local gym oesn’t have a ball like that. but they do have a 35lb medicine ball with some handles on it. i use that and feel it on rep 15 hard. since applyin it to the end of my chest routine 2x weekly(4 sets to failure), my normal push ups have went from 94 to 116 in 2 min.(Army APFT)
