Got a question. There’re a few types of trainings, like density and lactic acid. When do we know which training to follow? Like, which day do we do lactic acid training or density?
No you don’t have to do these exact exercises. The entire program is laid out for you step by step in John’s book. He tells you when to do density training, when to do lactic acid training, when to do combination training and when to do strength movements, how many sets, rest, etc. This was just one sample. : )
Sounds interesting, I’ve only done the opposite do far. I’m going to try this today.

A great video! The only thing that you should pay attention to is to be a bit more strcit about the cadence – seems like both of you were doing the concentric movement a bit too quickly. I have noticed that it takes a lot of disckipline and willpower to do the exercises slowly. ANd you really have to keep the weights down so forget your ego..
It is GREAT training for fatloss.
