they both look tottaly natural to me good advice, they looked in good shape. good work guys. as for tanning if you actually knew anything about what they are doing you would understand why it is applied, and the steroid comments are comming from jelous people or people who are just not doing the training and nutrition right to actually achieve these goals.
People have to remember that everyones genetics are different and its just easier for some people than others to get the results.

Get a life man, you don’t need steroids to get big. Hell, you don’t even have to work out for more than 3 days a week, 30min a day to get a perfect body.

If these guys didn’t have those bodies they’d be depressed and insecure. All the muscles do is hide their fragile ego and insecurity. While being unhealthy is not good for you, you need to be happy and confident with yourself first no matter how you look and then other things will fall into place. Train to be healthy and strong, all other reasons of working out are shallow. Besides those bodies won’t last forever. What will Vince if (when) he grows old?
