yes very cute. however, in most of her exercises, she is showing an over lordosis of the lower spine. she needs to pay attention to this or she will be making her chiropractor very rich. but again, she is hot though. lol

That would depend on what function you are training for. Cables are often superior to DBs because you are able to overcome the resistance from different angles as opposed to free weights where the resistance can only pull down.
The standing cable chest press is a perfect example, it mimics the motion of a fend (if your training for contact sports) much more closely than a bench press.
“Always” and “never” statements have limited applicability to real life. Machines definitely have their place in a weight training program.
