    thanks man i really got motivated man! i always thought that i can never get like this cuz of my genes and cuz of my body fat. this guy has a 4 percet bf. I have like a 6 or maybe 6.5. i use to think u needed to have a 10 to be BIG u know?

    i already have a six-pack and am at about 10% body fat, my diet contains little carbs but i really want my six pack to show more, i’ve been trying to cut more but nothing seems to work, any suggestions?

    so, if you are in a mass-building phase, you just have to forget about getting a six pack right now, because you cannot get a six pack and big muscles at the same time, right?

    the six-pack-guy says he’s at 5% body fat, isn’t that dangerous for his health? I read somewhere that you should not go lower than 7%

    Great video, these guys are really commited to their goals, keep it up!

    One question though … i cycle a a lot, and i’m also doing some simple exercises at home. As you can imgaine, i’ve always had very few body fat. Now i have some muscles, but i’m still pretty skinny. Is it possible for me to gain some more muscle mass?

    @piratelord99 dood I think there two different phases.If your trying to grow you need to eat and feed your muscles,but if your trying to get ripped you need to diet and just maitain your muscle.Correct me if I’m wrong but thats what I think it is.

    anybody have any tips on getting an 8 pack, i already have a six pack and can feel the next set of abs but cant see them. Im already pretty skinny and have low bodydfat and want to know how to get the next row of muscle

    Great vid, one question though. He says water is the way to go, but what about club soda/ sparkling water, is that okay to do instead?

    @mat579 I know i’m no vince delmonte, but if you are really thin, you need carbs, complex carbs that is. that will really help you gain weight, especially some muscle weight. you will look more full too. cross training also helps to. keep mixing up the workouts never do the same. after about a month, switch from those simple exercises which i’m assuming are push-ups, sit-ups etc, to compound exercises, like bench press, clean jerks, squats, and dead lifts. incorporate chin-ups and push-ups too.

    i workout at night to. but why dosnt shakur eat proteins and fats at night aren’t fats more easily digested later on in the day?

    @Kanedominates Thanks for the reply. Fortunately, we have a post we use to dry the clothes on at home, so i also do chin-ups. I don’t know about carbs though. I’m eating a lot of them since i can remember. Lately, i’ve been trying to increase the calorie intake. I’ve been eating more meat and drinking only water, and the result is about 2,5 kg (5 lbs) weight increase. But i want more.

    @mat579 yeah no problem. you need to have a different intake of carbs each day though. also take your weight, and multiply it by 18 or i’ve heard even 20. the number you get, is the number of calories you should be intaking each day to gain muscle. compound exercises though, gotta do them. they will make you stronger. the stronger you get, the more muscle you will put on. you can’t put on muscle without getting stronger.

    Vince man your the BEST im trying to get six pack so bad iv lost 1and a half stone in 3 months. still finding it hard the only bad thing i have is 1 or 2 bottles of coke a day. but i have 3-4 lr of water a day also. im in the gym 5-6 days a week training 2 body parts a week and do cardio right after my weights for 10-15 mins. + im also a trainer. any help?
