Is the stick you’re using just a wooden dowel that you’d find your clothes hanging on, or is it metal?
Thanks
I believe Paul is using a Bo Staff. That is a martial arts weapon made of wood.
hmm….if it’s a bo staff then its not one that i’ve ever seen before. i train with bo staffs for hapkido and they’re tapered and have a decent amount of flex in them by design. i’m pretty confident that it couldn’t withstand the force of a one handed pushup.
It’s a heavier Bo Staff. Around an inch and quarter in diameter.
