hey lee when are you gonna post a full body workout like burpees? can u make a video showing the correct way of doin them…. post up more protein meal videos also lol…
for kids just starting out save your money grab a tennis ball, once you build a solid grip then go out and buy a gripper.

I find the best way to do burpees is to get a 6-pack of cold beer and chug them really fast… I guarantee that you’ll let out a few burpees LOL

This is forearm training, but it actually helps strengthen the tendons and prevent elbow tendonitis.

Hey Lee, i msged you about my forearm and you told me it was elbow tendonitis, which grip would i use to help strengthen and prevent the elbow tendonitis? reverse grip?
@leemhayward i was told that traning forearms directly was bad and will cause elbow tendonitis but i think that it makes sense that strengthening them can prevent it

Regular gripper work will help, also search through my older videos I actually have one about training to help fix elbow tendonitis that you should watch.

That’s where you need the smaller grippers. I just use the 100 for that exercise.

Odd.. I was thinking the samething at work. The weakest link being your last two fingers. I’m going to add this to my blog. I’m glad Lee agrees withh me.. If you are stuck on that last 1 or 2 mm, train your last two fingers seperatly. You might need to use a weaker gripper though.
