Good stuff Lee!
Lee – You had the best form on the deadlifts. Nice, controlled reps. Awesome job. On a good day I can hit 405×5 on deadlifts. My best lift however is standing military press. On standing press I hit 225×3 (I weigh 235).
In regards to your buddy and the 5 plate deadlift, I would be more impressed if he hadn’t of used straps. I am not saying he isn’t strong. Obviously he is. But using straps is taking the easy way out IMO. Strapless deadlifts are the true test of a person’s grip strength IMO.

Hate to say it, but the guy with the black sweatshirt and black shorts had horrible fo4rm. He had a belt on so his back will prob be fine but still that just looked bad lol. Lee your form was great though:)

@LovesDistrust No it’s not good. Lighten up so you can perform 10 reps at least eight with impeccable form, learn and master form then weight increase, your only 15 and you want longevity with your training not showing off you’ll injure yourself believe me you cant flurt with high poundage increases on the deadlift it can fuck you up even end your training career.
haha thats woose man, Im 15 and I max deadlift 380 lbs, I can get 275 8 times

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those guys who cares much for perfect form or anything, but I think Dave could lift a lot more with a flatter back and a little more work on his technique, even though im not one to say much, I can’t lift half as much as he can..
