JK13031987 got it right, there is now way to make bones grow. Why do you want a bigger wrist anyway, small wrists are an advantage because it makes your forearm and biceps look bigger :)
There are no muscles on the outside of the wrist that you can workout to make the wrist bigger, that goes for the elbow and knee also.

Not sure what you are referring to but in general when people post comments that have nothing to do with my videos but only serve as an advertisement for something else, I mark them as SPAM.

I remember seeing one of your videos on how to workout biceps, specifically a technique to make them wider to the sides. Can you point me to the right direction on to which video it is?

scooby do you take any supplements like protein shakes or do you just rely on the protein in your diet?

  • scooby1961

I’m totally against all supplements, check out my website under Nutrition>Supplements to see why

  • scooby1961

Define natural. It means different things to different people. The one thing I use is dairy whey but its because I’m a 90% vegetarian.

  • scooby1961

  • scooby1961

I dont believe in any of those expensive electrolyte replacement beverages unless you are into extreme sports (triathlons, marathons, etc). Plain water is what I prefer.
