Well in this video clip I’m going to show you some of the basic exercise stuff that I have in my basement and some good basic home workouts that you can do in place of, or in addition to, your regular gym workouts. All of the stuff that I have here can be bought for a few hundred bucks max and maybe even cheaper if you shop around at flea markets and garage sales for some basic home gym equipment.

dude I’m just wondering… I saw in one of your other videos that you’re doing something like 8 sets of 3 on bench press. Is that better for building mass?? I’m only doing 3×6-8 on bench press right now.

Chaulk helps with your grip. Chalking the palms of the hands while using grippers helps hold the gripper in place.

I did it myself. Just take it outside and use a garden hose spraying the water on the air hole. It takes a while, but eventually it will fill up with water.
