Hi Collier, Tks for the comment. If you look on my website (the address is at the end of the video) you will find a section there of training without weights. Using your own body to train with. You can do the easy things like push ups, pull ups, dips & even squats and calf raises without weights. If you want to develop and grow muscles you will have to use weights or you will just tone but still look good. Baz

Matt building any muscle requires some hard work and correct eating. I would just do the normal standing basic bicep curls with a pyramid system and every now and again go to absolute failure. Have the right amount of rest between workouts and they will come. Baz

really good exercises, basic exercises are always the most effective, especially upright rows which are beautiful to do, ac you said it really hits the muscles, and does the shoulders and biceps. I often prefer doing them with an E-Z bar though, i just feel the positioning to be more comfortable and easier to hold. Cool vids Baz, your a great instructor with solid technique

Thanks very much for the comment and compliment. Using an EZ bar is a great idea. I too try to train the most comfortable. I never use a straight bar for curls and also prefer a EZ bar. I think it is most important to train the most comfortable way you can. Thanks again. Baz
