Whey protein is just a fast digesting protein to supplement your diet. you need casein because whey stops supporting muscle growth in as little as 2 hours after ingestion. so it is fast digesting which has to do with the chemistry of the animo acid groups they have in the mix.</description>

		<description>eat 5-6meals a day, with protein in each meal. eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. egg whites are good sources of protein although u will need quite a few. (eggs without yolks) fish is good for protein, i like to eat cans of tuna. 1 can of drained tuna gives me 34.1g protein. of course whey protein is also good protein, although you should get some casein which is a slow digesting protein to feed your muscles throughout the day.</description>
