  • xpertiez911

  • CollegeLoheart

    LOL

-It was clearly a joke guys

  • dt1prs

it looks like he doesnt know what hes doing. you wont get super strong doing this

  • TheFlipE

how? he explains everything clearly dude these guys are legit

  • kevler8803

Yes to the this is possible, if you use your back. But you should know thats not what he is doing, he is doing the “clean & press” You should refer how to do a proper “clean” movement wiht 2 arms before you do this. You will realize your back is working as a stablizer muscle, shouldnt be the main muscle working in this movement

  • phil3kyuubi78

a lot of people don’t realize they are also working the stabilizing muscles, lol

  • kevler8803

Its a compound movement, which works more *muscle groups. More muscle more strength. Which is why compound movements is more efficent than isolation movements

  • mastermation

yes u do it is more challenging and will giv u more testosterone than rather an isolation movement it requires more energy

  • TranquilThought

This may be true but, if your using more muscles then each muscle is helping the other thus reducing the actually weight that each muscle is lifting. I personally prefer to isolate each muscle. For example, I don’t do Bench press for Triceps. I do skull crushers and cable extensions and focus entirely on my form. I guarantee you will feel a burn like no other during isolation workouts. On the other hand, compound workouts involve stabilization muscles that are extremely hard to isolate

  • MrZenic

who said smth about super strong from doing this?

  • MichaelERutherford

WTF? What were you watching? It was clearly explained and he’s a top professional in this field of ‘raw strength’.

  • TaeIeon

Honestly this is my favourite dumbbell exercise in the gym (how many have not stared at me when i do this :)

  • FesteringFiesta

clearly he doesn’t care about the look but the strength aspect, if he wasn’t teaching strength exercises I would just assume he didn’t give a fuck about exercise. But good advice nonetheless.

  • tbarragan29

this guy is showing a killer explosive power workout. This is how athletes train. They go for explosive strength and not beach muscles. You want beach muscles? Go to global gym and do all the curls and machine work you want.

  • sn1per15

are u serious u think he doesnt know wat hes doin?

  • sn1per15

ive seen a guy at my gym do this.. and hes the cuttest AND strongest dude ive ever seen.

  • vicx05

isn’t it bad for joints when you lock out?
