You have to realize it was stricly for demonstration. When you demonstrate to other people, you go to lighter wieghts so you can demo the movement, you want to show proper form.

no its not its a myth, thats why the supplement AGENT-M by fusion body building was made cause when your muscle rips alot you LOSE muscle you dont gain. and this guy in the video is a scam artist his site is the biggest scam in the world.
ripping your muscles isnt bad because it gets bigger and stronger when it heals unless you mean like tearing a muscle then yes thats bad and also sucks been there done that
easyer to sit down, lie down, lean on, etc to stop you from moving other bits so you dont need to concertrate on that with heavyer weights
yes, thats right in simply terms. you rip the muscle, it repairs back and adds some, makes it stronger – something like that.

I have no idea where you got this. What Dr’s teach us in anatomy class is that cells can go thro Hyperplasia, Hypertrophy or atrophy. Now we know muscles can’t multply so the only option is hypertrophy or atrophy. Lack of exercise leads to atrophy (muscle wasting), exercise leads to hypertrophy (growth)
this sucks. his website says the real man workout is 15 min or less. this is bull. my warmups are 15 min. how can you build muscle and strength in 15 min. this is for lazy people who just want to lose weight.

THATS OBVOIUS. But if if you work out with out proper form like the guy in the video… you can pull a muscle and damage it and if you OVER WORK OUT you tear muscles you get smaller go look it up..
First of all, if its that obvious your last post doesnt make it seem like it is to you.
Second – if he does not have proper from please state whats wrong, any trainer who would see this would say its fine.
Third – over work out is bad of course…but what does this have to do with this topic? nobody mentioned Over Working out.

no it’s not 4 lazy people, yes my warmups last 4 abt 15 min. too but not everyone can do that, so it could be for people with less potential.
