a year ago i was 20 kgs over my weight [1kg = 2.2 pounds i think] anyway now i have a 4 pack and progressing….take it slowly eat healthy….once the results come it will become a part of ur life..
yeah thats true! Once the training is a habit and the nutrition is normally healthy there is no way to fall back to the old lifestyle… I experienced this as well on my way to the 6pack and maybe one day 8pack…^^ good luck to you!

yeah man. Just get on a cutting rutine – cardio + hardcore total body weights + good diet (eat 5 times a day a little). Your metabolism will be through the roof then – you’ll burn all your fat. After that get big. : ) I mean BIG.
