He is explaining how to we set it up at home.
I hate supplements such as protein etc. For me their are pure shit like McDonalds.I’m training by the old fashion style,using my own weight of the body.Pull-ups,squads etc.
Protein is critical because the amino acids help to repair the muscle that was put under extreme stress during workouts.

Your going to need to eat more because your going to work off your muscle as well as your fat for energy if you run alot. dont eat to much more, just essentials like Breads for the energy it gives you over time.
