So hard for people to simply pay 30 to 50 bucks and join a gym instead making it even more complicated for yourself…
ME TOO LOL.
That’s just a myth dummy.
great vid fitness 5/5!
i thought he was pulling the airplain behind him hahaha))))
damn! thats fresh! great workout
wtf that guy sounds like steve-o LOL
lol SWEET
you would get a better workout doing bench presses…he talks about not having to come back down with the weight. Thats called the negative portion of the rep. More muscle can be built from the negative than the positive motion of the exercise.
great exercises and music sound….
Sounds exactly like Steve-O lol
LOL steve-O!
exactly what i thought
fuck it could be steve o using that excersise
one prob, i dont think i have enough space in my bedroom for all that lol hmmmm if only i had a car park

how do u make your breasts stick out more? thats what i need (not of fat, of muscle)
people look at these, and then they see images of topless guys. it’s so freaky!!!
hmm I wonder why the top bb’ers never use these kinds of exercises…
Thats amazing too bad i cant get a sled anywhere around
Whilst sleds are great for strength and power training, I don’t see how you can expect optimal hypertrophy without an eccentric contraction. His reasons were so airy-fairy; “you don’t beat up the body”…what? Isn’t that required for adaption? Bit of a stupid angle IMO.
only one prob..IM HUNGRY:Plolz
just do bench pressing..no need for this crap
