    The bent over row only trains one arm…
    And since you’re running after the workout, I don’t think the calf raise is neccesary

    calfs are always over looked just dong one set will do you good in any sports calfs should be trained like boxing football nfl all of them benefit from strong calfs

    20 sec sprint and 30 sec walk seems to me a little bit to less ? I thought of a 3 min sprint 5 minute walk is that okay too ?

    Done again today, improved time on intermediate from 24 minutes on Monday down to 20 minutes today! And i put more weight on the weights. I hope week 3 gets harder.

    - did you lose a lot of strength during this program ?

    And btw you should work on your shoulders cuz they look kinda funny comparing to quite big triceps.

    what can i do instead of the pull ups i cant do pull ups only about 3

    for sure thriveyy2 I am in a Fitness studio for about 5 month´s now, and 5x per week I train my stamina for about 35-40 minutes, so a 3 minute sprint is nothing for me but dont know If it´s got If I go that way.

    what I want to know cleary is: can I sprint 1 minute and then 2 minute´s light jogging ?
    And how long should the interval training take ? coz i want to burn fat and build muscle at the same time so I take a big amount of whey isolate and stuff.

    Like it´s here the intervall only goes 10 minutes or so .. that´s to less I think ?

    Im not arnel but if your dooing intervall correctly id be amazed if you could do more then 15mins of intervall(if you are rly sprirting there is no way in the world you can keep it up for more then 15-20mins) Ive been training for 2 years now and the best intervall(tallking about running here i can do is 1min slow 30sprits repeating taht for a total of 20mins.

    I got a question, Arnel, and I hope you get this: On the calf raise, do you start with one leg for 15 sec(or what ever your level is) and then switch to the other leg for an additional amount and then break, or do you work one leg, rest, do the shoulder press again, and work the other calf?
