    WRONG. if you get your fat percentage low enough, everyone has a six pack. The abdominal muscles are on everyone. Its like saying you wont have biceps if you dont have the right genes.

    u stupid? every1 has abdominal muscles, or else you u suffer from incredible gut instability/pain. you can only see them with a low fat %.

    There are a lot of the exercises here that you can change without using certain equipment. For instance the the dumbbells can replaced with a book bag full of books. The lunges with resistance band; you can do the lunges without the bands just add more reps. As for pull ups…replace them with elevated push ups. Do what you can. Most of this stuff like the resistance band, the dumbbells, the pull up bar are really cheap. You can buy all of that for under $100.

    u retard, not everyone can have a shaped 6pack even under the fat. thats down to genes, some will have an 8pack, others a 6pack and others dont have that shape. fucking dumb gook tard.

    I need to do 53 pushups in PE but I needed to stop training because my wrists hurt when I do too many of them. Does someone have a clue why this happens? Arnel seems to be able to do hundreds of pushups with no problems …

    Try doing them on your fists OR use dumbells. You place the dumbells on the floor and just use them as handles while doing pushups…this takes the strain off your wrists.

    maybe just roll your wrist around before you do your pushups
