in fact McDonalds meals are rich in protein which is important for buolding muscle, however u will get fat eating it…

your probably not hydrating yourself enough. try driking 1.5 litres – 2 litres of water per day, but not all at once.
this guy makes great videos, but make sure that instead of standing at the end of a burpee, you jump as high as you can, this will give you a full body workout/movement and will not place strain on your leg ligaments when just standing straight from a burpee
you could have been making muscles…so hit the sprints and sprint jog after at a harder intensity. Maybe you havent even been doing these. Intervals make the biggest changes.

I am on the 4th weak and everybody sais I´m in better shape . The secret is all in your diet and intense workout cut on those greasy oily fatty fries, hot dogs, pizzas, souces specially fetchup+ maionese, tobacco and alcohol . I feel and look much better , younger and the ladies apreciate that
