well i am 15 and my body is bigger than his.. i do my own program workout at my gym, however he doesnt train with tools that a gym requires.. it doesnt matter its ok he has nice shape, he is not going for bodybuilding or something^^ and for me i dont think its not bad if u do this kind of workout^^ just eat well and have a program :p

shut up stop bsing, at 15 ur muscles cant get big even if u lift and shit, ur too young for muscles to grow like big ones, but natural one is ok
I had a pretty bad lower back injury in 2007 and it still hurts. I want to do these exercises carefully to strengthen my lower back.

hey anyone know good stretches or anything to prevent knee injurys beacuse my needs are starting crack and stuff and are hurting etc
use the rice treatment after each knee straining workout. also try different exercises that arent as straining such as instead of squats use the leg press machine, that is how i rebuilt my quad, and knee resistance back up after my surgerys.
If anyone has knee problems lay off barbell squats. Barbell squats are one of the most stressful things you can do to your knees, hips, ankles. Try using some isometric exercises if you are having problems.
is it safe to use a leg press after having knee surgery? When i had a minor surgery on my upper thigh/lower hip i was apprehensive about pushing so much weight with my legs

Just a quick question to anyone. Is it possible to gain muscle without lifting weights. Ex: bicep curls with dumbells and stuff like that. I was gonna start working out and was deciding if I should follow his plan. He seems to use bands a lot during workout. Why doesn’t he use weights??

Does anyone know of a good website where I can find a workout plan. I have skinny arms and legs but my weight is mostly in my stomach area so I have a belly. My goal is to put on muslce and lose fat around my stomach area so I can have a six pack. Does anyone know of a good workout plan for my body type???

yes it is, i have had 6 knee surgerys and i had to start over light with leg presses and leg curl and also leg extensions, it might take a while but it is worth it to avoid another injury and buil your tendons, muscle tissue and other parts until you are ready to squat again. leg press light but try to do more reps, and as soon as you feel the slightest pain, stop. i had to take a year off of football and lifting competitions until it was safe, if i can do it so can you, i promise.
