WEEK 7 INSTRUCTIONS: *UPPER BODY ONLY All exercises are done in supersets Superset example: Perform 1a then move immediately to 1b and then take 30-60 second breaks in between. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds before moving to the next “superset.” Note: Perform this workout 2x for week 7.

i dont need pointers thanks im using a boldy buliding regiment at the moment with great results ,,i just ask because if you find something that works and get the results your looking for then all you have to do is maintain it and doing more cutting exercises help but become useless after long periods of training ..if you can do less with great form and less time why bother doing these different routines..it would be smart to mix up i agree but not to this extent ..less is better for development.

dude if ud follow the entire other 6 weeks it was lots of leg work ab work and arm work its basicly a total body workout routine for 16 weeks look into it before you judge

For the band exercises. I don’t have a stand up one but I’ve got a palates machine, would that work as well or do you have to be standing?
