if you dont have elastic bands then u could use light weights instead of the lends

hey man you use heveyer weights then that right as big as you are i should think so you just demo with the light ones?
Pretty sure he just demos the light ones to show people the proper way to lift the weight. Also to give the idea to people who are more of a beginner to not use heavy weight. It also makes it easier to do lighter weight with more reps, thus more fat burn. It’s also a good idea to take longer with the reps, like 4 seconds up and 4 seconds down.

I don’t think the missionary position would offer a great range of movement; I find that Doggy style requires more muscular effort. The other flaw is some not unlike me, do not possess a ‘GF xD’.
thanks for clearin that up he should make a video telling how he attaches the bands to stuff cuse he never shows it on camara so how can we know how to get started id like too and i think when i do this im gonna use heavy weights and low reps 8_10 to begin with so i can build muscle and get a 8 pack i have had some training already so i aint a beginer and over load is the key you dont just want a six pack cuse then you will only look good shirtless i 4 1 wanna fill my shirt & look good 24.7
this video is just a help out video really you’d have to watch the others and if you really want abs leg lifts/twists, mountain climbers, crunches thrown in on other days will no doubt help just because you do this work out really doesn’t mean anyone should stop other works outs they do

i was wondering how to get those striated shape on the side (oblique muscles?) a few inches below the armpits and chest muscles (towards the sides)?
umm pull ups are great for side muscles if theyre too easy try adding weights to you via a backpack or summin and chest workouts towards the sides reverse incline bench press’s and dumbell press’s are what i use for size on my pecs that will only work teh sides of the pec and not the upper pec towards the collar bone though im only 17 and have size B pecs lol dont ask my gf just wanted to know lol hope it helps.
dang! i wanna get those size B’s. LOL. yea, i want to tone the bits of fats on the sides my pecs and get those striations that look like side ribs. also tryin to slim down the waist and get a decent V-shaped torso.
